Singapore-based data centre developer DayOne announced its total billings have surpassed 1 gigawatt (GW), representing an eightfold increase in under two years. This milestone follows a significant financing boost for its Malaysian expansion, with total funding now reaching $7.2 billion. The company secured an additional 15 billion ringgit ($3.68 billion) from seven banks to develop hyperscale data centre capacity in Johor. DayOne operates across ten markets in Asia Pacific and Europe, focusing on digital infrastructure development.
