Pakistan claims the unarmed civilians were killed without provocation and rejects India's 'infiltrator' label. Punjab Police stated the BSF shot two Pakistani infiltrators near the India-Pakistan international border in Tarn Taran. Pakistan has urged India to conduct an immediate, transparent investigation and take disciplinary action against those responsible.
