Chinmay Sutar Scores 400+ in First Class Innings, Becomes 10th Batter To Do So

Mizoram batter Chinmay Sutar achieved a remarkable feat by scoring over 400 runs in a single First Class innings during a Ranji Trophy match against Nagaland. He reached this milestone off 517 balls, becoming only the 10th batter in history to achieve this score. Sutar is now the second Indian player to surpass 400 runs in red-ball cricket, following Bhausahab Babasaheb Nimbalkar's 443 not out in 1948. The highest First Class score remains Brian Lara's 501 not out.
