Police in Lucknow have arrested a 22-year-old man, Bhola Rajput, following an encounter during which he sustained a leg injury. Rajput is accused of murdering his 32-year-old live-in partner, Radha, whose body was discovered on September 16. According to police, Radha had been pressuring Rajput to marry her and had threatened to file a rape case. An argument ensued on the night of the incident, leading to the fatal attack. A pistol and the scooter allegedly used in the crime were recovered.
