Vartis Platforms, the parent company of peer-to-peer lending startup LenDenClub, has launched UdhaarSaathi, a new digital loan marketplace aimed at small businesses. This platform will facilitate collateral-free business loans ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹2.5 Lakh for kirana stores, pharmacies, and street vendors. Vartis aims to disburse ₹1,000 crore through UdhaarSaathi by the end of FY27. The launch occurs as Vartis prepares for a potential IPO within the next 12 to 18 months, focusing on strengthening governance.
