Delhi Metro Seat Dispute Leads To Man's Death; Two Booked

A 48-year-old man, Pawan Sharma, has died following a physical altercation on the Delhi Metro's Supreme Court station. The dispute reportedly began over a senior citizen's reserved seat. Sharma's mother filed a complaint, leading to an FIR against Sanjay Pratap Singh and Siddharth Singh under the new Indian Justice Code. According to the complaint, an argument escalated into a physical fight where Sharma was pushed, fell, and hit his head. He was taken to LNJP Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

दिल्ली मेट्रो के सुप्रीम कोर्ट स्टेशन पर हुई हाथापाई के बाद 48 वर्षीय पवन शर्मा की मौत हो गई है। यह विवाद कथित तौर पर एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक के लिए आरक्षित सीट को लेकर शुरू हुआ था। शर्मा की माँ ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई, जिसके बाद नई भारतीय न्याय संहिता के तहत संजय प्रताप सिंह और सिद्धार्थ सिंह के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई। शिकायत के अनुसार, बहस हाथापाई में बदल गई जहाँ शर्मा को धक्का दिया गया, वह गिर गए और उनके सिर में चोट लग गई। उन्हें LNJP अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहाँ इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई।
