Bharat Taxi, despite having over 53,000 registered drivers in Jaipur, is currently averaging under 1,000 rides daily. Chief Secretary V Srinivas has set an ambitious target of 5,000 daily rides, and has directed officials to enhance marketing efforts and improve the app's user experience. Measures include developing an incentive model, implementing a comprehensive marketing plan within 15 days, and promoting the service at public places. Srinivas also emphasized the need for safe, reliable, and affordable transportation for passengers.

जयपुर में 53,000 से ज़्यादा ड्राइवर होने के बावजूद, भारत टैक्सी फिलहाल रोज़ाना 1,000 से कम राइड कर रही है। मुख्य सचिव वी श्रीनिवास ने रोज़ाना 5,000 राइड का बड़ा लक्ष्य रखा है और अधिकारियों को मार्केटिंग बढ़ाने और ऐप के यूजर एक्सपीरियंस को बेहतर बनाने का निर्देश दिया है। इसमें एक इंसेंटिव मॉडल बनाना, 15 दिनों के अंदर एक पूरा मार्केटिंग प्लान लागू करना और सार्वजनिक जगहों पर सर्विस का प्रचार करना शामिल है। श्रीनिवास ने यात्रियों के लिए सुरक्षित, भरोसेमंद और किफ़ायती ट्रांसपोर्ट की ज़रूरत पर भी ज़ोर दिया।
