Sanju Samson's Emotional Play Means Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Will Wait for Chance

Former India assistant coach Abhishek Nayar believes Sanju Samson's tendency to deliver a significant innings after a couple of low scores will likely keep Vaibhav Sooryavanshi waiting for his opportunity in the upcoming T20I series against New Zealand. Nayar explained that Samson's ability to respond to criticism with a big knock makes it difficult for selectors to overlook him. He also highlighted that team combination, specifically the need for a left-right batting pair, influences selection decisions. Frequent changes could negatively impact team culture and young player development.
