Airlines have strongly criticised the UK's air traffic control system following a second technical problem in two weeks. EasyJet and Wizz Air questioned the resilience and national confidence in National Air Traffic Services (Nats). The incident at Prestwick caused disruption across Scotland, Northern England, and Northern Ireland, leading to at least 200 flight cancellations or no-shows. Nats cited a connectivity issue, separate from a previous software defect.
