He accused the central government of trying to suppress opposition questions regarding the electoral process and voter lists. Gandhi also claimed that authorities were preventing protesters from reaching Delhi to demonstrate against CEC Gyanesh Kumar, turning the capital into a fortress. He further asserted that approximately 50% of police personnel secretly support the opposition's movement.

कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने आरोप लगाया कि करीब 200 सरकारी अधिकारी विपक्ष के संपर्क में हैं और उन्हें ED, CBI और विदेश मंत्रालय जैसे विभागों से अंदरूनी जानकारी दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार पर चुनावी प्रक्रिया और मतदाता सूची को लेकर विपक्ष के सवालों को दबाने की कोशिश करने का आरोप लगाया। गांधी ने यह भी दावा किया कि अधिकारी प्रदर्शनकारियों को दिल्ली पहुंचने से रोक रहे हैं ताकि वे CEC ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन न कर सकें, और राजधानी को किले में बदल दिया गया है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि लगभग 50% पुलिसकर्मी गुप्त रूप से विपक्ष के आंदोलन का समर्थन करते हैं।
