Allahabad HC: Bureaucrats must uphold Constitution

The Allahabad High Court has strongly criticized DM Akriti Chaudhary. A Division Bench stated that bureaucrats and police officers must remain loyal to the Constitution of India, not just the executive. The court emphasized that ignoring their oath to the Constitution leads people to view them as oppressive vestiges.

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने डीएम आकृति चौधरी की कड़ी आलोचना की है। कोर्ट की एक बेंच ने कहा कि नौकरशाहों और पुलिस वालों को सिर्फ सरकार के प्रति नहीं, बल्कि भारत के संविधान के प्रति वफादार रहना चाहिए। कोर्ट ने जोर दिया कि संविधान की शपथ को नजरअंदाज करने से लोग उन्हें दमनकारी मानते हैं।
