Sibi Manivannan, inspired by his grandfather's traditional methods, has revived the wood cold-pressed oil business in Tamil Nadu. He co-founded Gramiyaa in 2017 with friends, using stone mills to produce minimally processed, preservative-free oils. The company now sells over 50,000 litres monthly, offering a healthier alternative to adulterated refined oils. This initiative aims to bring back the authentic taste and aroma of traditional cooking oils.

सिबी मणिवाण्णन ने अपने दादाजी के पारंपरिक तरीकों से प्रेरित होकर तमिलनाडु में लकड़ी से तेल निकालने का काम फिर से शुरू किया है। उन्होंने 2017 में दोस्तों के साथ मिलकर Gramiyaa की शुरुआत की, जिसमें पत्थर की चक्कियों का इस्तेमाल करके कम से कम प्रसंस्कृत और बिना किसी प्रिजर्वेटिव वाले तेल बनाए जाते हैं। यह कंपनी अब हर महीने 50,000 लीटर से ज़्यादा तेल बेचती है, जो मिलावटी रिफाइंड तेलों का एक सेहतमंद विकल्प है।
