Jharkhand Maoist Commander With ₹30 Lakh Bounty Killed

A top Maoist commander from Jharkhand, Brijesh Ganjhu, carrying a combined bounty of ₹30 lakh, was killed in a police encounter in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Ganjhu, the chief of the banned Tritiya Prastuti Committee (TPC), was shot after he opened fire on police personnel who attempted to intercept him. He was travelling on a motorcycle with an associate when the incident occurred.

झारखंड के एक बड़े माओवादी कमांडर बृजेश गंझू, जिस पर कुल 30 लाख रुपये का इनाम था, वाराणसी, उत्तर प्रदेश में पुलिस मुठभेड़ में मारा गया। प्रतिबंधित तृतीय प्रस्तुति समिति (TPC) का मुखिया गंझू, पुलिस पर गोली चलाने के बाद मारा गया जब पुलिस ने उसे रोकने की कोशिश की। यह घटना तब हुई जब वह एक साथी के साथ मोटरसाइकिल पर जा रहा था।
