Festive Train Tickets: How to Secure Confirmed Bookings Online

Aaj Tak · india

Securing confirmed train tickets for Diwali and Chhath Puja is challenging due to high demand. Travelers often face waiting lists when booking from major cities to Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Jharkhand. While IRCTC's app and platforms like ConfirmTkt, ixigo, and RailYatri offer booking and waiting list predictions, they cannot guarantee confirmed seats. Only the railway system's status change confirms a ticket. IRCTC's Rail Connect app remains the most reliable platform for booking and checking PNR status.
