Sangeetha Sornalingam, wife of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay, attended the screening of her son Jason Sanjay's directorial debut film 'Sigma' in Chennai. She was accompanied by their daughter Divya Sasha. This outing comes nearly two months after Sangeetha withdrew her divorce petition against Vijay. Jason had previously stated that Vijay would not promote 'Sigma' to keep the focus on the film and its cast and crew. Vijay himself was not seen at the screening and has remained distant from the film's promotion.

तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री विजय की पत्नी संगीता सोरनालिंगम ने चेन्नई में अपने बेटे जेसन संजय की निर्देशन में बनी पहली फिल्म 'सिग्मा' की स्क्रीनिंग में भाग लिया। उनके साथ उनकी बेटी दिव्या साशा भी थीं। यह मौका विजय के खिलाफ तलाक की अर्जी वापस लेने के लगभग दो महीने बाद आया है। जेसन ने पहले कहा था कि विजय 'सिग्मा' का प्रचार नहीं करेंगे ताकि फिल्म और उसके कलाकारों पर ध्यान केंद्रित रहे। विजय खुद स्क्रीनिंग में नहीं दिखे और फिल्म के प्रचार से दूर रहे।
