The Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh has urged the Bar Council of India to expand welfare and insurance benefits for advocates nationwide, mirroring schemes available in Delhi. Chairman Balaji Yalamanjula emphasized the need for a comprehensive social security framework during discussions in New Delhi. BCI chairman Manan Kumar Mishra assured that the proposal would be considered. This call for enhanced support aims to strengthen welfare provisions for legal professionals across India through coordinated efforts between the BCI and state governments.

आंध्र प्रदेश बार काउंसिल ने दिल्ली में उपलब्ध योजनाओं के समान, अधिवक्ताओं के लिए राष्ट्रव्यापी कल्याण और बीमा लाभों का विस्तार करने के लिए बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया से आग्रह किया है। अध्यक्ष बालाजी यलमंजुला ने नई दिल्ली में चर्चा के दौरान एक व्यापक सामाजिक सुरक्षा ढांचे की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। बीसीआई के अध्यक्ष मनन कुमार मिश्रा ने आश्वासन दिया कि प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया जाएगा। समर्थन बढ़ाने की यह मांग बीसीआई और राज्य सरकारों के बीच समन्वित प्रयासों के माध्यम से पूरे भारत में कानूनी पेशेवरों के लिए कल्याण प्रावधानों को मजबूत करने का लक्ष्य रखती है।
