Bihar Civic Staff Suspend Nov 3 Strike After Talks With Officials

Employees of municipal corporations, councils, and nagar panchayats across Bihar have suspended their indefinite strike, which was set to begin on November 3. The decision came after discussions with urban development and housing department principal secretary Vinay Kumar Singh on Saturday. The principal secretary assured that commitments made in an August 6 agreement would be honored, with proposals to be sent for cabinet approval before the festivals.
