The Jharkhand government is launching the 'CM Training and Mentorship Scheme for Civil Services Examination' to provide free coaching for UPSC and JPSC exams. Annually, 100 economically weaker students who are local residents and have an annual family income below ₹8 lakh will be eligible. The comprehensive 13-month program includes offline classes, study materials, expert guidance, and regular assessments. Selected students will receive coaching for preliminary and main examinations, with provisions for reservation policies in the selection process. This initiative aims to support aspiring civil servants facing financial constraints.

झारखंड सरकार UPSC और JPSC परीक्षाओं के लिए मुफ्त कोचिंग देने हेतु 'सीएम प्रशिक्षण और मार्गदर्शन योजना सिविल सेवा परीक्षा' शुरू कर रही है। हर साल, 100 आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर स्थानीय निवासी छात्र, जिनकी वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय ₹8 लाख से कम है, पात्र होंगे। 13 महीने के इस व्यापक कार्यक्रम में ऑफलाइन कक्षाएं, अध्ययन सामग्री, विशेषज्ञ मार्गदर्शन और नियमित मूल्यांकन शामिल हैं। चयनित छात्रों को प्रारंभिक और मुख्य परीक्षाओं के लिए कोचिंग दी जाएगी, जिसमें चयन प्रक्रिया में आरक्षण नीतियों का प्रावधान होगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य वित्तीय बाधाओं का सामना कर रहे महत्वाकांक्षी सिविल सेवकों का समर्थन करना है।
