Oil prices surged over one percent on Wednesday following an attack on a Saudi Aramco administrative building in Dhahran, which caused a limited fire. Brent crude futures rose to $107.35 a barrel, and US WTI futures climbed to $95.38. The markets are weighing potential supply disruptions from the conflict between Houthis and Saudi Arabia against increased diesel supplies from Russia. The attack on the headquarters of Saudi Arabia's national oil company occurred after Houthis warned employees and civilians near oil facilities to evacuate, calling them legitimate targets.
