Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh revealed his planned concert in Bihar did not proceed due to disagreements over crowd management responsibilities. Authorities insisted he take charge of audience control, but Dosanjh argued this was the administration's duty. He explained that organizing such a large-scale event requires significant logistical planning, comparable to shows in the national capital. Dosanjh shared these details during an Instagram Live session following his successful Delhi concert, which also faced initial permission hurdles.

पंजाबी सिंगर दिलजीत दोसांझ ने बताया कि बिहार में उनका कॉन्सर्ट भीड़ प्रबंधन की ज़िम्मेदारी को लेकर हुए मतभेदों के कारण नहीं हो पाया। अधिकारियों ने उन पर दर्शकों को नियंत्रित करने की ज़िम्मेदारी लेने का ज़ोर दिया, लेकिन दोसांझ ने कहा कि यह प्रशासन का काम है। उन्होंने समझाया कि इतने बड़े कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में होने वाले शो की तरह ही काफी लॉजिस्टिकल प्लानिंग की ज़रूरत होती है। दोसांझ ने ये बातें अपने दिल्ली कॉन्सर्ट के बाद इंस्टाग्राम लाइव के दौरान बताईं, जिसे शुरू में परमिशन मिलने में भी दिक्कतें आई थीं।
