JEE Mains 2027: Passport Now Valid ID for NRI Candidates

NTA has announced a significant policy change for the JEE Mains 2027 engineering entrance examination. NRI candidates facing difficulties with identification documents can now use their passports as a valid ID proof during the registration process. This clarification was issued by the NTA in response to queries from aspiring students. The application window for JEE Mains 2027 Session 1 is currently open, with registration closing, and corrections allowed. The exam is scheduled for January 2027.

NTA ने JEE Mains 2027 इंजीनियरिंग प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए एक बड़ा नीतिगत बदलाव किया है। पहचान दस्तावेजों में दिक्कतें झेल रहे NRI उम्मीदवार अब रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया के दौरान अपने पासपोर्ट को एक मान्य पहचान प्रमाण के तौर पर इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। यह स्पष्टीकरण NTA ने इच्छुक छात्रों के सवालों के जवाब में जारी किया है। JEE Mains 2027 सेशन 1 के लिए आवेदन की खिड़की फिलहाल खुली है, जिसमें रजिस्ट्रेशन बंद होने और सुधार की अनुमति है। परीक्षा जनवरी 2027 में निर्धारित है।
