Prisoners Break Down Crying Upon Meeting Their Children in Jail

On Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary, Khandwa District Jail in Madhya Pradesh organised a special meeting for 120 inmates with their children aged 3 to 10. The jail premises were decorated to create a festive atmosphere, allowing children to play with their fathers. Many inmates were overcome with emotion, shedding tears of remorse upon seeing their innocent children. The initiative aimed to foster positive change in prisoners, inspired by Gandhi's principle of hating crime, not the criminal. A health check-up camp was also arranged for inmates and their families.

जेल में बच्चों से मिलकर रो पड़े कैदी

महात्मा गांधी की जयंती पर, मध्य प्रदेश की खंडवा जिला जेल में 120 कैदियों के लिए 3 से 10 साल के बच्चों के साथ एक विशेष मुलाकात का आयोजन किया गया। जेल परिसर को उत्सव जैसा माहौल बनाने के लिए सजाया गया था, जिससे बच्चे अपने पिताओं के साथ खेल सकें। कई कैदी भावुक हो गए और अपने मासूम बच्चों को देखकर पश्चाताप के आँसू बहाए। इस पहल का उद्देश्य गांधी के अपराध से नफरत करने, अपराधी से नहीं, के सिद्धांत से प्रेरित होकर कैदियों में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाना था। कैदियों और उनके परिवारों के लिए एक स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर का भी आयोजन किया गया था।
