Bihar Minor Abuse Case: Accused Arrested After Encounter

In Jamui, Bihar, police have arrested the main accused, Nandan Yadav, in a case of molestation of a minor student following an encounter. Nandan was shot in the left leg and admitted to Sadar Hospital. Another accused, Hare Ram Yadav, was also taken into custody and sustained a leg injury. A total of five accused have been arrested and charged under the POCSO Act.

बिहार नाबालिग दुर्व्यवहार मामला: मुठभेड़ के बाद आरोपी गिरफ्तार

बिहार के जमुई में पुलिस ने एक नाबालिग छात्रा से छेड़छाड़ के मामले में मुख्य आरोपी नंदन यादव को मुठभेड़ के बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। नंदन के बाएं पैर में गोली लगी है और उसे सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। एक और आरोपी हरे राम यादव को भी हिरासत में लिया गया है, जिसे पैर में चोट आई है। कुल पांच आरोपियों को POCSO एक्ट के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
