BCCI Under Fire For Scheduling India A Tours During Ranji Trophy

BCCI is facing criticism for scheduling India A tours that clash with the Ranji Trophy. This overlap means key players are unavailable for their domestic teams, impacting the premier first-class tournament. Former captains Sunil Gavaskar and Dilip Vengsarkar have questioned the arrangement, highlighting that it diminishes the Ranji Trophy's importance. While India A tours are crucial for player development and identifying future talent, critics argue their scheduling should not compromise the integrity of domestic cricket.
