In Kaimur district, 279 government schools lack adequate drinking water facilities, and 159 are without proper approach roads. Six schools are functioning without buildings, and 38 lack their own land. District Magistrate Kumar Anurag has directed officials to address these infrastructure gaps within set deadlines. The DM also emphasized improving educational standards and boosting the female literacy rate, which currently stands at 59%. Specific instructions were given for constructing new buildings, identifying land, and coordinating with departments to ensure water and road access for all schools.

कैमूर जिले में 279 सरकारी स्कूलों में पीने के पानी की पर्याप्त सुविधा नहीं है, और 159 स्कूलों में आने-जाने के लिए ठीक सड़कें नहीं हैं। छह स्कूल बिना बिल्डिंग के चल रहे हैं, और 38 स्कूलों के पास अपनी जमीन नहीं है। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट कुमार अनुराग ने अधिकारियों को तय समय सीमा के अंदर इन ढांचागत कमियों को दूर करने का निर्देश दिया है। डीएम ने शिक्षा के स्तर को सुधारने और महिला साक्षरता दर को बढ़ाने पर भी जोर दिया, जो वर्तमान में 59% है। नए भवनों के निर्माण, जमीन की पहचान करने और सभी स्कूलों के लिए पानी और सड़क की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
