The police also addressed the detention of Abhijit Dipke, explaining that they offered assistance after learning of his grandmother's passing, facilitating travel arrangements if he wished to go to his family.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने बताया कि CJP संगठन को पहले तय की गई शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने के कारण विरोध प्रदर्शन की अनुमति नहीं दी गई। DCP प्रो नेहा यादव ने साफ किया कि शुरुआत में कुछ खास शर्तों पर अनुमति दी गई थी, लेकिन CJP ने उनका पालन नहीं किया, जिसके चलते अब अनुमति रद्द कर दी गई है। पुलिस ने अभिजीत दीपके की हिरासत के बारे में भी बताया कि उन्हें उनके परिवार के पास जाने में मदद की पेशकश की गई थी, जब उन्हें उनकी दादी के निधन के बारे में पता चला।
