Russian influencer Anna Otavina sustained severe burns after her power bank exploded while charging near her bed. The device overheated on soft bedding, igniting her hair and the room. She managed to put out the fire herself. Doctors diagnosed her with second-degree burns on her back. Otavina now advises charging devices safely on firm surfaces, not while sleeping, to prevent similar accidents.
