CRPF ADG Ravideep Singh Sahi Retires After 40 Years of Service

Ravideep Singh Sahi, Additional Director General of the Central Reserve Police Force's Southern Region, retired on Wednesday after more than 40 years of service. A 1986-batch officer, he served in challenging areas like Jammu and Kashmir and Chhattisgarh. Sahi played a key role in anti-terror operations during the sensitive period surrounding Article 370's abrogation and enhanced Quick Action Teams' capabilities. He also contributed to Parliament's security and pioneered counter-insurgency training.
