Court Orders Delhi Police to Provide FIR Copies to Neha Bora

A Special Executive Magistrate court has directed the Delhi police to provide AISA president Neha Bora with copies of six FIRs registered against her. These FIRs were cited as her criminal antecedents when initiating proceedings for a peace bond. Bora's counsel argued that the documents previously supplied were deficient. The court's direction follows a Delhi High Court order that emphasized the principles of natural justice. The police stated the FIRs are sensitive and will be provided by November 20.

एक स्पेशल एग्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस को निर्देश दिया है कि वे AISA की अध्यक्ष नेहा बोरा को उनके खिलाफ दर्ज छह FIR की कॉपी दें। ये FIR शांति बॉन्ड की कार्यवाही शुरू करते समय उनके आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड के तौर पर बताई गई थीं। बोरा के वकील ने दलील दी कि पहले दिए गए दस्तावेज़ अधूरे थे। कोर्ट का यह निर्देश दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के उस आदेश के बाद आया है जिसमें प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्धांतों पर जोर दिया गया था। पुलिस ने कहा कि FIR संवेदनशील हैं और 20 नवंबर तक दे दी जाएंगी।
