Leh Apex Body Condemns China's Remarks on Ladakh's Territorial Claims

The Leh Apex Body (LAB), a prominent regional group, has strongly condemned China's recent remarks asserting that western Ladakh is part of China. LAB co-chairman Chering Dorjay Lakrook stated that Ladakh has historically never been under Chinese control and is an integral part of India. The group appealed to the Indian government to firmly reject China's claims and send a clear message. LAB members highlighted that people in Ladakh have consistently defended their territory and lived happily as part of India for decades, resisting Chinese aggression.
