Actress Farrhana Bhatt revealed she experienced severe health issues while filming Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 in Cape Town. During a helicopter stunt, she began bleeding heavily and suffered intense cramps, requiring daily painkillers. Her gynecologist attributed the stress-induced bleeding to the demanding nature of the task. This condition recurred three months after her return to India, again linked to stress. Bhatt, who reached the finale, also mentioned experiencing anxiety attacks during her time on Bigg Boss.
