AgriGold Scam: Karnataka, AP Launch Bond Verification Drive

Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka have launched a joint initiative to verify original AgriGold bonds and receipts held by investors and agents, nearly a decade after the scheme's collapse. Nine special verification centres have been established across Karnataka, including Bengaluru, to facilitate this process. Investors must present original documents, photocopies, and personal identification to validate their claims. While this drive renews hopes for victims awaiting their money, it does not guarantee immediate repayment, with further instructions pending from authorities regarding fund disbursement.
