Bengaluru Leads Demand for Homes Above ₹2 Crore

Bengaluru has emerged as the top city for housing sales in the ₹2 crore to ₹5 crore price bracket, with 11,556 units sold between January and June 2026, totaling ₹31,216 crore. Nationally, sales in this segment reached approximately ₹1.15 lakh crore during the same period. Bengaluru, NCR, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region accounted for about 69% of this total value. This trend indicates a growing demand for premium properties, driven by higher incomes and a preference for larger homes in prime locations.

बेंगलुरु में ₹2 करोड़ से ऊपर के घरों की मांग सबसे ज़्यादा

जनवरी से जून 2026 के बीच बेंगलुरु में ₹2 करोड़ से ₹5 करोड़ के बीच सबसे ज़्यादा घरों की बिक्री हुई। यहाँ 11,556 यूनिट्स बिकीं, जिनकी कुल कीमत ₹31,216 करोड़ रही। पूरे देश में इस सेगमेंट में करीब ₹1.15 लाख करोड़ की बिक्री हुई। बेंगलुरु, NCR और मुंबई मेट्रोपॉलिटन रीजन ने इस कुल बिक्री का लगभग 69% हिस्सा कवर किया। यह दिखाता है कि लोग अब प्रीमियम प्रॉपर्टीज़ ज़्यादा खरीद रहे हैं।
