ICICI Lombard Reports 15.5% Net Profit Growth in Q2; Declares Rs 7 Dividend

ICICI Lombard General Insurance announced a 15.5% year-on-year increase in net profit for the second quarter ending September 30, reaching ₹946 crore. This growth was driven by strong performance in motor and commercial insurance lines. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per share for the first half of the financial year. Gross premium income saw a 3% rise to ₹6,792 crore, while net premium earned surged by 17.7% to ₹6,652 crore.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance ने 30 सितंबर को समाप्त दूसरी तिमाही के लिए साल-दर-साल शुद्ध लाभ में 15.5% की वृद्धि की घोषणा की, जो ₹946 करोड़ रहा। यह वृद्धि मोटर और वाणिज्यिक बीमा क्षेत्रों में मजबूत प्रदर्शन से प्रेरित थी। कंपनी ने वित्तीय वर्ष की पहली छमाही के लिए ₹7 प्रति शेयर का अंतरिम लाभांश भी घोषित किया। सकल प्रीमियम आय में 3% की वृद्धि होकर ₹6,792 करोड़ हो गई, जबकि अर्जित शुद्ध प्रीमियम 17.7% बढ़कर ₹6,652 करोड़ हो गया।
