Meta Platforms has received a record €53 billion in investor orders for its first euro-denominated bond sale, according to Bloomberg News. The tech giant is aiming to raise up to €9 billion from this offering, which follows a $15 billion US bond sale. The euro debt is structured in six parts with maturities spanning over 38 years. This move highlights the increasing reliance of technology companies on debt markets to fund significant investments, particularly in artificial intelligence infrastructure.
