Supreme Court to Hear 26 Pleas on Contempt Case Today

The Supreme Court is set to hear 26 significant petitions today concerning protests in Delhi against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Of these, 22 are against the SIR, two are for contempt, and one was filed by India Block leaders. The Delhi Police, Central Government, and DMRC have submitted their affidavits to the Supreme Court. All parties involved have sought unconditional apologies from the court.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट आज दिल्ली में मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शनों से संबंधित 26 महत्वपूर्ण याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई करेगा। इनमें से 22 SIR के खिलाफ, दो अवमानना के लिए और एक इंडिया ब्लॉक नेताओं द्वारा दायर की गई थी। दिल्ली पुलिस, केंद्र सरकार और DMRC ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपनी हलफनामा दायर की है। सभी संबंधित पक्षों ने अदालत से बिना शर्त माफी मांगी है।
