EPFO ने अपने सब्सक्राइबर्स के लिए एक नई व्हाट्सएप सेवा शुरू की है। इस पहल से ईपीएफ सदस्य मैसेजिंग प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से सीधे महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी आसानी से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। सदस्य अब अपना पीएफ बैलेंस चेक कर सकते हैं, आखिरी पांच ट्रांजेक्शन देख सकते हैं और अपनी पासबुक का विवरण प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, यह सेवा PMVBRY से संबंधित आवश्यकताओं के लिए व्यक्तिगत मार्गदर्शन और सहायता प्रदान करेगी। इस कदम का उद्देश्य पूरे भारत में लाखों पीएफ खाताधारकों के लिए पहुंच और सुविधा को बढ़ाना है।
