Daksham Capital Launches New Consumer Fund, Secures ₹125 Cr at First Close

Daksham Capital has launched its maiden consumer-focused fund, Daksham Growth Ventures (DGV) Fund I, with a target corpus of ₹150 Cr and a ₹150 Cr greenshoe option. The fund has secured approximately ₹125 Cr in its initial close, attracting participation from family offices, HNIs, UHNIs, and entrepreneurs. DGV plans to invest in 10-15 startups, focusing on Pre-Series A and Series A companies with established product-market fit. The investment mandate covers D2C brands, consumer enablers, B2B2C platforms, and AI-driven consumer services, aiming for capital-efficient businesses.

दक्षम कैपिटल ने अपना पहला उपभोक्ता-केंद्रित फंड, दक्षम ग्रोथ वेंचर्स (DGV) फंड I लॉन्च किया है। इसका लक्ष्य ₹150 करोड़ का कॉर्पस और ₹150 करोड़ का ग्रीनशू ऑप्शन है। फंड ने शुरुआती क्लोज में लगभग ₹125 करोड़ जुटाए हैं, जिसमें फैमिली ऑफिस, एचएनआई, यूएचएनआई और उद्यमियों ने भाग लिया। DGV 10-15 स्टार्टअप्स में निवेश करने की योजना बना रहा है, जो प्री-सीरीज़ ए और सीरीज़ ए कंपनियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा जिनका प्रोडक्ट-मार्केट फिट स्थापित है। निवेश के दायरे में D2C ब्रांड, कंज्यूमर इनेबलर्स, B2B2C प्लेटफॉर्म और AI-संचालित कंज्यूमर सेवाएं शामिल हैं, जिनका लक्ष्य पूंजी-कुशल व्यवसाय हैं।
