Bathinda MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal has accused the Punjab government of failing to curb the drug menace and urged women to actively combat drug trafficking. She announced the formation of 'Mai Bhago Di Fauj' to document drug dealing in villages and urban areas. Badal stated that once the SAD forms the government, this data will be submitted to a special task force headed by a woman DGP for action against offenders. The initiative aims to empower women in the fight against drugs plaguing the state.

बठिंडा की सांसद हरसिमरत कौर बादल ने पंजाब सरकार पर ड्रग्स की समस्या को रोकने में नाकाम रहने का आरोप लगाया है और महिलाओं से ड्रग तस्करी से सक्रिय रूप से लड़ने का आग्रह किया है। उन्होंने गांवों और शहरी इलाकों में ड्रग्स की डीलिंग का दस्तावेजीकरण करने के लिए 'माई भागो दी फौज' के गठन की घोषणा की। बादल ने कहा कि जैसे ही SAD सरकार बनाएगी, यह डेटा अपराधियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए एक महिला DGP के नेतृत्व वाले विशेष कार्य बल को सौंपा जाएगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य राज्य को सताने वाले ड्रग्स के खिलाफ लड़ाई में महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाना है।
