Champion Racehorse Losange Bleu Collapses and Dies Mid-Race in France

French jump racing is mourning the loss of champion hurdler Losange Bleu, who collapsed and died during the Prix Carmarthen at Auteuil on Sunday. The seven-year-old horse had an impressive record, winning 15 of his 27 races and earning over €1.7 million in prize money. Jockey Johnny Charron, who was riding Losange Bleu, escaped serious physical harm but was left deeply shaken by the incident. The racing community has since paid tribute to the celebrated horse.
