Homebuyers allege developers have expanded commercial areas and used more land than permitted, impacting density. The authority's CEO has directed departments to prepare proposals for the agenda. Final layouts will be approved after resolving these issues, potentially including other Sports City plots if objections are settled beforehand.

नोएडा अथॉरिटी 23 अक्टूबर को होने वाली अपनी बोर्ड मीटिंग में सेक्टर 79, 80 और 152 में स्पोर्ट्स सिटी प्रोजेक्ट्स के संशोधित लेआउट को लेकर खरीदारों की आपत्तियों पर गौर करेगी। खरीदारों का आरोप है कि डेवलपर्स ने कमर्शियल एरिया बढ़ा दिया है और तय से ज़्यादा ज़मीन का इस्तेमाल किया है, जिससे डेंसिटी पर असर पड़ा है। अथॉरिटी के CEO ने विभागों को एजेंडे के लिए प्रस्ताव तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया है। इन मुद्दों को सुलझाने के बाद ही फाइनल लेआउट को मंजूरी दी जाएगी, जिसमें अगर आपत्तियां पहले सुलझाई गईं तो अन्य स्पोर्ट्स सिटी प्लॉट्स भी शामिल हो सकते हैं।
