Delhi Court Denies Bail To Man Accused Of Possessing Heroin, MDMA

A Delhi court has denied bail to Abhishek Singh, who is accused of possessing heroin and MDMA. Special Judge Kumar Rajat stated that the allegations against the accused are serious and the source and supply chain of the seized narcotics are yet to be ascertained. Singh was arrested on September 25 after police allegedly recovered 9.89 grams of heroin and 9.96 grams of MDMA from his possession near Govind Puri. The court dismissed his bail application, noting that the investigation is ongoing and the chargesheet has not yet been filed.
