Mexico's government plans to introduce a bill next week that will require social media platforms to remove content inciting violence. President Claudia Sheinbaum announced the move following a deadly school attack in the northern Coahuila state. The incident resulted in the death of a vice principal and injuries to four others. Two 18-year-olds, believed to be the attackers, have been arrested by security forces. This legislative proposal aims to address the spread of violent material online.
