Ten women in Moradabad have become self-reliant by forming the Mahila Shakti Self-Help Group and preparing pure spices using traditional methods. They handle everything from cleaning and drying to grinding and packaging turmeric, chili, and other spices. Their products are in demand in local markets as well as in Delhi and Pune. Each woman earns over ₹10,000 monthly, with the group selling approximately ₹1 lakh worth of spices each month. This initiative provides them with employment, financial independence, security, and respect.

मुरादाबाद की दस महिलाओं ने मिलकर महिला शक्ति स्वयं सहायता समूह बनाया है और पारंपरिक तरीकों से शुद्ध मसाले तैयार कर आत्मनिर्भर बनी हैं। वे हल्दी, मिर्च और अन्य मसालों की सफाई, सुखाने, पीसने और पैकिंग तक का सारा काम खुद करती हैं। उनके उत्पाद स्थानीय बाजारों के साथ-साथ दिल्ली और पुणे में भी खूब बिक रहे हैं। हर महिला हर महीने 10,000 रुपये से ज़्यादा कमा रही है, और समूह हर महीने लगभग 1 लाख रुपये के मसाले बेच रहा है। इस पहल से उन्हें रोज़गार, आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता, सुरक्षा और सम्मान मिला है।
