France24 World · world

Moscow reported that Russian air defenses intercepted almost 900 Ukrainian drones overnight. The drones targeted multiple regions across Russia, as well as the occupied Crimean Peninsula and the Sea of Azov. If these figures are accurate, this would represent one of the largest Ukrainian drone assaults on Russia since the conflict began. The scale of the reported interception highlights the ongoing intensity of the aerial conflict between the two nations.
