Hyderabad food safety officials have taken strict action against 11 restaurants, leading to their closure and licence suspension. The crackdown was initiated following reports of severe hygiene violations and food contamination. Inspectors discovered widespread issues including cockroach and rodent infestations, rat faeces, and the presence of expired and spoilt food. Other critical problems identified were fungal contamination, inadequate refrigeration, improper food labelling, unhygienic kitchen conditions, and drainage system failures. These measures aim to protect public health and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

हैदराबाद के फूड सेफ्टी अधिकारियों ने 11 रेस्टोरेंट पर सख्त कार्रवाई करते हुए उन्हें बंद कर दिया है और उनके लाइसेंस निलंबित कर दिए हैं। यह कार्रवाई स्वच्छता के गंभीर उल्लंघन और खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट की रिपोर्टों के बाद शुरू की गई। निरीक्षकों को कॉकरोच और चूहे, चूहे की李, और एक्सपायर्ड और खराब भोजन की मौजूदगी जैसी व्यापक समस्याएं मिलीं। अन्य गंभीर समस्याओं में फंगल संक्रमण, अपर्याप्त रेफ्रिजरेशन, अनुचित खाद्य लेबलिंग, अस्वास्थ्यकर रसोई की स्थिति और जल निकासी प्रणाली की विफलताएं शामिल थीं। इन उपायों का उद्देश्य सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा करना और खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना है।
