Lucknow Development Authority Camp Registers 107 Allottee Deeds on Opening Day

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) organised a special three-day camp to 15 to streamline property registrations for pending cases. On its opening day, the camp successfully registered 107 allottee deeds, including properties under various housing schemes like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Officials from LDA and the registration department were present to facilitate documentation at a single location. The initiative aims to assist allottees who had not completed their registrations despite receiving property allotments, encouraging them to finalise the process.

लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण (LDA) ने लंबित मामलों के लिए संपत्ति पंजीकरण को सुगम बनाने हेतु 15 से तीन दिवसीय विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया। अपने उद्घाटन के दिन, शिविर ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना जैसी विभिन्न आवास योजनाओं के तहत संपत्तियों सहित 107 आवंटियों के बैनामे सफलतापूर्वक दर्ज किए। एलडीए और पंजीकरण विभाग के अधिकारियों ने एक ही स्थान पर दस्तावेज़ीकरण की सुविधा के लिए मौजूद थे। इस पहल का उद्देश्य उन आवंटियों की सहायता करना है जिन्होंने संपत्ति आवंटन प्राप्त करने के बावजूद अपना पंजीकरण पूरा नहीं किया था, उन्हें प्रक्रिया को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है।
