Passenger Vehicle Dispatches Surge 21.8% To 4.54 Lakh Units In September

Domestic passenger vehicle dispatches from manufacturers to dealers saw a significant year-on-year increase of 21.8 percent, reaching 4,54,574 units in September. This marks a substantial rise compared to the 3,73,347 units dispatched during the same period last year. The automotive industry body SIAM also reported a 13.5 percent growth in total two-wheeler sales, which climbed to 24.63 lakh units. Furthermore, three-wheeler dispatches experienced a 16 percent increase, totaling 98,162 units last month. These figures indicate a strong recovery and growth trend within India's automobile sector.
