Buxar DM Orders Salary Cut For Absent Officials After Meeting Missed

Buxar District Magistrate Sahila has ordered the withholding of one day's salary for seven officials who were absent without permission from a district coordination committee meeting. The meeting, chaired by the DM, reviewed development schemes, healthcare campaigns, and revenue-related work. The absent officials included five block development officers and two circle officers. The DM also directed officials to fix accountability for unauthorised absences and expedite land-related proposals. Surprise checks of biometric attendance were also ordered, with a warning that negligence in public service would not be tolerated.

बक्सर की जिला अधिकारी (DM) सहिला ने जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक में बिना इजाज़त के अनुपस्थित रहने वाले सात अधिकारियों का एक दिन का वेतन रोकने का आदेश दिया है। डीएम की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में विकास योजनाओं, स्वास्थ्य अभियानों और राजस्व संबंधी कामों की समीक्षा की गई। अनुपस्थित अधिकारियों में पांच ब्लॉक विकास अधिकारी और दो सर्किल अधिकारी शामिल थे। डीएम ने अधिकारियों को अनधिकृत अनुपस्थिति के लिए जवाबदेही तय करने और भूमि संबंधी प्रस्तावों में तेजी लाने का भी निर्देश दिया। बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति की अचानक जांच का भी आदेश दिया गया, साथ ही चेतावनी दी गई कि जनसेवा में लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
