Hisar Isolation Centre Receives 23 Cattle With Lumpy Skin Disease, 7 Have Died

An isolation centre in Hisar has received 23 cattle suffering from lumpy skin disease, with seven fatalities reported so far. The temporary facility, established near Radha Swami Ashram on Kamry Road, was set up after a sick heifer was found. Gau Raksha Sangathan president Rajpal stated that the centre has treated heifers, cows, and bulls. He clarified that these figures only represent animals at this specific centre, and consolidated data for the entire Hisar district is unavailable. A veterinary surgeon is providing free services at the facility.
